This is such a great take on a recipe that is easy to make and still super-healthy. It’s a vegetarian sandwich that is fresh and light.
Feta Paprika Sandwich
- some toastbread
- some feta
- some lambs lettuce
- paprika powder
- Butter the outside of the sandwich. Turn it, so the non-buttered inside is lying upwards.
- First put some lettuce on the bread, then 2-3 sliced of feta. Make sure you have a bite of feta everywhere, it will melt a little bit.
- Then sprinkle some paprika-powder on the feta. Put another slice of bread on top and butter the outside.
- Put it a few minutes in a pre-heated grill or toast.
They’re so light and healthy, an ideal sandwich to end the day with.
